EventMobile, Inc. is a wireless communications and media
company. The company’s flagship product, EventMobile™, is
a patent pending web service that enables users to preferentially
aggregate and share events in real time using their cell phones
and other internet enabled devices.
EventMobile, Inc. also publishes a network of Internet services
and media in related wireless technologies such as GPS, internet
access, mobile search, directory listings, signal reception, and mobile
shopping and services.

Michael Majdalany, Vice President & COO, Lobue &
Majdalany Management Group
Michael Majdalany joined L&M in 1998. He spent 10
years at Sun Microsystems, where he was last the
Director of Worldwide Marketing for the Academic &
Research Computing group, having helped Sun build
its education market into a $600 million business.
A 20 year veteran of the computer industry, Majdalany
has a broad international background that includes 4
years in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to Sun,
Majdalany helped launch a start up, Wedge Innovations,
as director of marketing. He began his marketing career
with 4 years at Hewlett-Packard as product manager and
channel marketing manager. On the technical side, he
spent 4 years as a software developer, focusing on
enterprise management solutions.
Majdalany has an MBA from Stanford as well as a M.S. in
Engineering from MIT, and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering
and Mathematics from SUNY Buffalo. He is fluent in French
and Arabic.

Milton Howard, President, M&A, Global Alliances & Channels, Oracle
As Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, Global Alliances &
Channels at Oracle, Mr. Howard is responsible for leading
the due diligence and post-close integration activities on
the allances and channels function of companies acquired by Oracle.
To date, Mr. Howard has been actively engaged in a multiplicity of
transactions valued at more than several billion dollars. Mr. Howard
brings more than 20 years of domestic and international business
development, marketing, and software development experience to Oracle.
Previously at Oracle, Mr. Howard was Vice President, Global SI Alliances,
where he was responsible for building high impact strategic alliances
with the Big 5 global systems integrators resulting in several hundred
million dollars of revenue. Before that, Mr. Howard was Vice President,
Technology Marketing, where he led a 180-person team that was responsible
for the global marketing of Oracle’s database, Fusion middleware, and
collaboration products.
Before joining Oracle, Mr. Howard was Sr. Director, Marketing at E-Stamp
where he led product marketing, built E-Stamp into a well known brand, and
helped grow the company from a 25-person privately-held startup to a
175-person publicly traded company. Mr. Howard also held various product
marketing and software engineering positions at Novell, Inc. and Xerox
Corporation.
Mr. Howard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a
Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of
Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Jeremy Toeman
Jeremy Toeman (JT) is an expert in digital media and consumer technology.
Over the past ten years he has designed, built, and marketed numerous
award-winning products in the “convergence” space. Jeremy is currently
a consultant advising companies on both product design and deployment as
well as non-traditional marketing (such as community-driven marketing)
strategies.
Most recently, Jeremy worked at Sling Media as the Vice President of
Market Development. In that role, he was the company evangelist and was
responsible for building grassroots/viral marketing programs. This included
developing the company’s online presence with regards to various web
communities and blogs, promoting Sling Media’s highly visible word-of-mouth
marketing efforts. Jeremy also acted as a company spokesman at consumer,
trade, and industry events, being an accomplished speaker and presenter.
Prior to corporate communications and guerrilla marketing, Jeremy joined Sling
Media in 2004 as VP of Product Management. He was responsible for guiding
development of the Slingbox from conception to launch, helping take the vision
of the founders and shape it into a physical product. Jeremy specifically
participated in guiding user interface and interaction model design for the
SlingPlayer PC software as well as the SlingPlayer Mobile software. Since
launch, the Slingbox and its corresponding software components have won
numerous industry awards.
Jeremy has worked in the field of digital media convergence, bridging technology
and consumers for over eight years. In the late 1990s he founded Palmtastik,
a Web portal designed to help early PalmPilot users get the most out of their
devices. Through viral marketing efforts, Palmtastik grew online to become
the second highest trafficked PalmPilot destination.
In 1999, Jeremy co-founded Mediabolic, a software company that provides digital
media networking technology to consumer electronics and computer manufacturers.
While at Mediabolic, Jeremy contributed to the design of digital home devices
for companies including Pioneer Electronics, HP, Fujitsu, and Denon.
Jeremy holds a B.S. in Economics and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Neil Cohen, Principal, Cohen & Company
Neil Cohen has been creating, building and managing brands for established global
companies like Sega, Hilton, Arby’s and McDonalds, and for entrepreneurial companies
like adauction and campsix, for more than 20 years.
As founder and Chief Marketing Officer for campsix, a business incubator internationally
recognized for the creation and acceleration of new business concepts into sustainable
and scalable businesses, he created the brand strategies and communications programs that
successfully launched three e-business ventures in nine months.
Before campsix, Neil served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for OneMediaPlace
(formerly adauction), the leading exchange for buying and selling media and one of the first
five online b2b exchanges in the world. There he led the marketing, sales, business development
and product development teams and grew monthly sales to $2 million per month - an increase of
nearly 20X - in under a year. Prior to OneMediaPlace, Neil was Senior Vice President of Sales &
Marketing for Zircon Corporation, the leading, developer and manufacturer of electronic hand tools,
where he doubled the company's top-line sales in less than two years.
Neil was also Vice President of Marketing & Communications for SEGA of America. In 1995 he
orchestrated the advertising and media campaign that lead the company to first place in
industry market share against Nintendo and Sony, the last time the company has ever achieved
that position. Neil has also held Vice President level positions at Arby's, where he helped
lead the turnaround of the then stagnant Arby’s chain, and at Hilton Hotels, where he was
part of the team that relaunched the Hilton Brand. Prior to being on the client side, Neil
was a founding partner of Douglas Consulting Group (now a division of Cohn & Wolf), a
marketing communications firm representing Hilton, Wesson Oil and Taco Bell, among others.
Prior to founding Douglas consulting group, he was partner and Executive Vice President at
Gelman & Gray Communications, a Los Angeles-based public relations consulting firm,
representing McDonald’s, Ralphs Grocery Company, Chief Auto Parts, Lawry’s and McKesson
Water Products Company (Sparklets/Alhambra).
Neil frequently lectures at major university business schools including San Francisco State
University, the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, The Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
He has written a weekly marketing column for ClickZ, an online publication. He is a long time board
member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Francisco and the Peninsula.
Neil received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, Gainesville,
and a Master of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.

Mitch Ratcliffe, Chairman of Tetriad LLC
Mr. Ratcliffe most recently co-founded BuzzLogic (http://www.buzzlogic.com) based on a patent pending
technology for analyzing social networks. He currently blogs for ZD Net at
http://blogs.zdnet.com/Ratcliffe.
Previously Mr. Ratcliffe built the editorial team and processes for the first
24/7 Webcasting news network, ON24. He was Editor-in-Chief, editorial director
and publisher of Digital Media: A Seybold Report, the industry newsletter that
mapped the Internet industry before its' commercial emergence.
Mitch designed America Online’s Digital Cities Community interface, and is a
consultant to Audible Inc., the NASDAQ-traded provider of downloadable spoken
audio. He designed the Developer.com news site for Earthweb, and led the first
round of funding for Match.com parent Electric Classifieds Inc., and serving as
a member it's board of directors from 1996 to 1998.
Mitch has consulted Time Warner and Sports Illustrated on Internet strategy, and
worked in numerous editorial roles for MacWEEK.
An accomplished publisher for Forbes, ZDNet, and PC Week, Mitch has co-authored
three books on PC technologies.
